I found it hard to sympathise with the predatory men who were killed and actually wanted to congratulate the killer. There are a few chapters narrated by the killer dotted throughout the book which added an extra layer of suspense. The first murder seems accidental as the victim was partially eaten by a crocodile but it becomes clear something far more sinister is going on. This is a thriller, a serial killer book that’s a bit different than similar books, the victims are all predatory men who have abused or assaulted women in the town in various ways ranging from putting up a pantie board at a fraternity and actual rape or sexual assault. I wanted to read this to see what she came up with next. I’m a big fan of the author thanks to her Collector series.
